Statistics vs Specifications

There are tables titled "Aerial Torpedo Statistics" and "Aerial Bomb Statistics" They are some kind of object, I am unfamiliar with this method of linking in data sheets with these curly braces. The point is though these numbers they contain are not actually statistics but specifications. The word "statistics" is just plain wrong here and needs to be replaced (which I don't know how to do.)

This same mistake is made in various places throughout the Wiki; best look up the difference on Wikipedia if you're not sure.--Nautical_Metaphor:eu (talk) 13:54, 6 June 2018 (UTC)

Torpedo Spread

I notice that I sometimes get a wide spread of torpedo's. It has always been an accident aka not intended.

  • How can I reset to normal (narrow) spread
  • How do I set wide spread (when I decide I do want it?

Note: this concerns tier 4 cv, so not a manual drop.

A "wide spread" on an auto- or manual torpedo drop represents a "panicked" squadron. This effect is caused by the torpedo bomber squadron being within the AA radius of a ship with the Defensive AA FireWhile active, the damage per second of large caliber anti-aircraft guns is increased. consumable active, OR by the squadron coming under attack by enemy fighters (whether those are aircraft carrier fighters or a ship-based Catapult FighterWhile active, a group of fighter planes circles the ship providing protection by attacking incoming enemy aircraft.. These "panic" effects last for the duration of the consumable (in the case of Defensive AA Fire), or until all enemy fighters are destroyed. SeaRaptor00:na (talk) 12:30, 9 July 2018 (UTC)
