Scenarios

Which "season"

This summer, WG issued Cherry Blossom, the re-vamped Narai, and permanent Dunkirk. The existing table has the first two in Season 2 and I moved Dunkirk from Special Events to a new Season 3. So what constitutes a season? Do other Scenarios belong in Season 3?
