Unique Commanders

Need updated image

Consistent use of percentages

I don't know if this originated with WG text or not, but could we please standardize the use of "reduced by", "increased by" and -/+ signs on percentage buffs?

I understand the use of "-" 34% to help reinforce reduction (although it already says "reduced by"), but could be choose a consistent approach? There are three that I have seen here:

• "reduced by -34% and -15%" (Yamamoto both, Sansonetti, -15%) -- redundant reduction but the gist is sort of clear
• "reload speed increased by +7.5%" -- inverted from the usual; it *sounds like* it should mean reload time then is reduced by 7.5%, giving an 8.1% increase in DPM (which is proportional to round/min, which is somewhat synonymous then with speed).
• "reduced by 10%" (Cunningham) -- the "correct" standard usage and not confusing by an inversion of speed and time.

I'd edit it myself but would like something of a consensus first.

Personalizations

Can we add a section that describes/shows these items? The tracers is somewhat self explanatory, but the other three not so much.

• Colored Shell Tracers - The main battery shell tracers are coloured (instead of grey)
• Broad Pennant - (Something to do with the signals and flags you're carrying?)
• Fireworks - (Shoots a firework at some point?)
• Signal Flare - (Shoots a signal flare at some point?)

I only have one commander with the CST Personalization (which is the most obvious one anyway), so that's all I know. :P Jarod997:na (talk) 15:55, 11 August 2020 (UTC)

Recent changes

The term "Seasoned commander" is pointless and, since it's a term WG doesn't use, confusing. I'm still debating whether to use WG's term "Event commander". (Leaning to "No".) The rest is unnecessary, except adding a *brief* distinction between Talent and Enh. Skill could be useful. If you want to describe Personalizations, add it as a named footnote.
I suppose we should add the Lunar New Year commanders to the list.
