Crew Skills

The crew skills descriptions do not give exact effect percentages. An explanation of how the math works for these skills I believe would be helpful with understanding how helpful a skill or perk is. These descriptions also refer to the possibility of training only a single crew member in a skill. The Xbox version doesn't doesn't support picking crew members that get training, your crew as a whole has the perk at a percentage or it doesn't. I realized that, I've been meaning to overhaul the page last month, but I'm in no way well versed in XBOX mechanics so I decided to hold off until I actually understand how it differs from PC.
The only source of info I currently have is the official guide, not sure how helpful it might be, but feel free to muck around.
