Panther II

The gun stats (even leaving aside the omission of the 8.8/L100 from 9.17.1 on) are mostly incorrect - the damage of every gun is that of the howitzer. Needs to be fixed. Also the pen of the shorter 7.5 is wrong - it should be much lower than that of the /L100.
