First introduced in Update 0.5.13, Containers are a daily reward system, replacing the earlier daily missions. This feature becomes available to captains starting Account Level 4.

Earning and Opening

Up to three containers may be earned per day; "day" being defined according to the standard server day boundary. Earning a container requires earning a certain amount of XP within that day:

  • First container: 2 000 XP
  • Second container: 12 500 XP (10 500 XP more)
  • Third container: 37 000 XP (24 500 XP more)

Note: This is net XP and not base XP, so bonuses from Premium Account, camouflage, flags, challenges, and so forth will count towards the total.

Once enough experience is earned to unlock a container, captains open up the "Containers" menu in the port screen and are able to collect their containers. At this time, captains are able to select the type of container they would like; the choices are further described below.

At the end of each server day the running XP total is reset to 0. At this time containers that were earned but not already collected manually will be collected automatically. XP from battles is counted at the time the battle ends.

Any previously collected containers can be opened at any time; access from the above mentioned "Containers" menu. If a captain accumulates 1000 unopened containers additional containers will be opened automatically.

Types of Containers

More Credits

Always contains 50 000 credits, plus two random other rewards.

More Signals and Camouflages

Always contains either 4x of one signal or camouflauge, plus two random other rewards.

The other rewards are most likely to be 4x of one signal or camouflauge.

More Consumables

Always contains 3x Damage Control Party II, plus two random other rewards.

The other rewards are most likely to be 3x of a premium consumable.

Try Your Luck

Has a greater chance of being a Supercontainer. Otherwise, may contain:

  • 4x of one signal. (Most common result.)
  • 4x of one camouflage.
  • 3 000 Free XP. (now 750)

Supercontainers

Every opened container has a small chance to be a supercontainer. Supercontainers contain much more valuable rewards than regular containers. Possibilities include:

  • 50 000 or 100 000 Free XP.
  • 1000 doubloons.
  • 250x of one signal flag - the most likely outcome. (Dragon Flags possible, but only 100x.)
  • 50x Ocean Soul camouflage.
  • Premium ship, captain, or port slot.
  • 30 days Premium account.

Collector Containers

There are unique Containers that are awarded when captains complete Mission Tasks in "The Hunt for Bismarck" campaign. Therefore, these containers will only be awarded whist the campaign is active for a limited time. There are two variations of Collector Containers, described below:

Standard Collector Containers

Standard_collector_container.png

These are awarded for completing the standard campaign Mission Tasks. These will only be awarded when the mission task is completed for the FIRST time. Subsequent completion of the mission tasks will not award extra Collector Containers. Contents include:

Big Collector Containers

These are awarded for completing Mission Tasks that require the use of HMS Hood exclusively. These will only be awarded when the mission task is completed for the FIRST time. Subsequent completion of the mission tasks will not award extra Collector Containers. Alternatively, for a limited time (while the Campaign is active) captains can opt to purchase bundles of Big Collector Containers. Contents include:

  • 1 Campaign Collectible + 7 random Special Camouflages / Special Signal Flags
