Rahmat — Pan-Asian Tier VI cruiser.
British Dido-class cruisers were built primarily to provide anti-aircraft defenses for task forces. For these purposes, twin mounts of dual-purpose 5.25-inch guns were chosen as their main armament. In total, 11 ships of this class were constructed, along with another 5 cruisers built under an improved project. In the 1940s and 1950s, some of the ships were sold to New Zealand and Pakistan, while the rest were sold for scrap. After the war, the Malaysian Navy received several ships, including from Great Britain. It's conceivable that Malaysia might have also considered purchasing these ships.

Player Opinion
Performance
Refer to the in-game Port screens for more useful data.
Pros:
- Excellent HE DPM.
- Great fire starting capabilities due to the high volume of shells and fire chance (9%). Because of this, IFHE is not recommended.
- Has access to Smoke Generator .
- Low detection, sitting at 9km when fully upgraded.
- Can comfortably shoot over islands thanks to her floaty ballistics.
- Torpedoes hits hard and have a low detection (0.8km).
- Rear turrets can rotate 360°.
- Decent AA suite, which can be improved further with Defensive AA Fire .
- Best agility in tier with a tight turn radius (580m) and a fast rudder shift (6.7s).
Cons:
- HE penetrates only 22mm of armour, therefore good aiming at superstructure is required to land penetration hits.
- Really poor AP performance, relying exclusively upon high-explosive shells is advisable.
- Non-existent armour and zero citadel protection, her HP pool will drain quickly the moment enemy ships will return fire.
- Cannot mount Hydroacoustic Search , being careful of enemy destroyers is a must while shooting from smoke.
- Due to the floaty ballistics, she struggles at landing shells at range.
- Torpedoes lacks quantity; only three per side.
- Poor rate of fire, with a 7.5s base reload: only 80 RPM.
- Rearmost turret has poor firing angles.
- Her Smoke Generator lasts less than usual, reducing her flexibility in open water.
