Unique Commanders

A Unique Commander is denoted by a yellow ribbon in the lower right corner of his portrait.

Unique commanders are a special sub-set of commanders. They perform the same functions as standard commanders, but have additional bonuses or traits that make them different from their freely-recruited counterparts. Unique commanders are typically earned via in-game participation, for instance as a reward for a set of event missions or at the end of a lengthy campaign.

Unique commanders do not allow themselves to be dismissed.

The special talents of Legendary and Heroic Commanders will not activate during a Clan Battle or in a Training Room.
The skill enhancements of unique commanders are always effective.

	The Second Wind talent activates upon earning a "Kraken Unleashed!" achievement. After activation, the ship's main battery gun reload time is reduced by -34%, its torpedo reload speed and squadron reload time is reduced by -16%, and it steadily repairs up to 48% of its health over 120 seconds. The healing functions identically to the Repair Party consumable.
	Master Marksman replaces Expert Marksman, and improves turret rotation speed by +3.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber of up to 139 mm and 1.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber above 139 mm (normally +2.5 and 0.7, respectively).
	Expert Maintenance replaces Preventative Maintenance, and reduces the the risk of incapacitation of modules by -45% (normally -30%).
John Doe	Master Marksman replaces Expert Marksman, and improves turret rotation speed by +3.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber of up to 139 mm and 1.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber above 139 mm (normally +2.5 and 0.7, respectively).	Awarded for completing an in-game mission during Fall 2016. Available in the Armory for Coal.
John Doe	Rapid Loader replaces Expert Loader, and reduces reload time when switching shell types by -75% (normally -50%).
George Doe	Master Marksman replaces Expert Marksman, and improves turret rotation speed by +3.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber of up to 139 mm and 1.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber above 139 mm (normally +2.5 and 0.7, respectively).	Sold in the Armory.
George Doe	Rapid Loader replaces Expert Loader, and reduces reload time when switching shell types by -75% (normally -50%).	Sold in the Armory.
William Halsey Legendary Commander	The Hit Hard! talent activates on earning the Confederate achievement. The ship under Halsey's command receives the following bonuses: -20% to the main battery reload time. -20% to plane service time. -10% to torpedo reload time.	Awarded upon completion of the "Hit Hard! Hit Fast! Hit Often" campaign.
	The Hit Fast! talent activates after receiving the Double Strike achievement with William Halsey. The ship under Halsey's command gets -10% to base detection radius, which can accumulate if a player receives the achievement multiple times during a battle.
	Master Marksman replaces Expert Marksman, and improves turret rotation speed by +3.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber of up to 139 mm and +1.0 deg/s for guns with a caliber above 139 mm (normally +2.5 and +0.7, respectively).

Charles-Henri Honoré	Adrenaline Surge replaces Adrenaline Rush, and reduces the reload time of all types of armament by -0.25% for each 1% of HP lost. (normally -0.2%).	Sold in the Armory.

Philippe Auboyneau Heroic Commander
	With the Fully Armed talent, a 'Devastating Strike' achievement speeds his main armament reload: -5% reload time for the main battery and torpedo tubes.	Available for French Tokens during the French Arc beginning with Update 0.8.7.
	The Sparks of Resistance talent activates on earning a 'Captured' or 'Assisted in Capture' ribbon, increasing the fire chance for his main battery shells by +1%.
	For every 2,000,000 HP of potential damage received, his Speed and Composure talent increases his ship's speed by +8%.
	His Survivability Expert skill is +400 ship HP and +30 aircraft HP with each ship tier (instead of +350 and +25, respectively).

Nikolay Kuznetsov Legendary Commander	The Concealed Reserves talent grants +1 charge to each mounted consumable upon earning the "First Blood" achievement.	Exchanged in the Armory for Provision Tokens awarded during the 2019 "Victory" Competition event.
	Will to Victory talent: Once per battle, if his ship's HP drops below 10%, the following activate for 30 seconds: "Damage control party" effect is applied (no consumable charge expended) "Repair party" regenerates up to 7.5% HP (no consumable charge expended) Dispersion of shells fired by the enemy at his ship increases by 20%.
	Handyman replaces Jack of All Trades, reduces cooldown on all consumables by -10% (normally -5%).

Franz von Jütland	Improved Vigilance replaces Vigilance, and increases the detection range of enemy torpedoes by +35% (normally +25%).
Reinhart von Jütland	Handyman replaces Jack of All Trades, reduces cooldown on all consumables by -10% (normally -5%).	Sold in the Armory.
Reinhart von Jütland	Improved Vigilance replaces Vigilance, and increases the detection range of enemy torpedoes by +35% (normally +25%).	Sold in the Armory.
Dà Róng	Survivability Expert +400 ship HP and +30 aircraft HP with each ship tier (instead of +350 and +25, respectively).	Awarded for completing the Dragon Dance Ship chain of combat missions in early 2019.
