Ramming

This page has a lot of tactics, but is not really clear on mechanics. Let me try to 'splain. There is no time. Let me sum up. ( ;) )
- Ramming is based on speed and total HP pool (not current HP)
- Ramming below 5 knots results in minor damage (how much is minor? 10%?), ramming above 5 knots results in complete damage (100%?)
- If a ship receives at least 10% of it's total HP pool in damage from ramming it will start to flood (which in almost every case never happens because both ships are usually destroyed)
- For complete damage, each ship delivers its own total HP pool worth of damage to the other ship
- Hotel Yankee flags modify this by -20% damage received, +50% damage dealt
