Cruiser - Celtic

Pros:

• Great set of consumables, including an improved Repair Partyconsumable and a longer-ranged Surveillance Radar
• Good armor; covered in 27mm plating inherited from its American tech-tree version Baltimore
• Decent AA suite
• Hard-hitting AP and HE shells

Cons:

• Below average shell grouping (1.9 Sigma compared to 2.0 on most cruisers)
• Lacks torpedoes
• Low HP pool for a Tier VII heavy cruiser; on par with ships like Cleveland and Edinburgh
• Mediocre main battery traverse time
