- Great set of consumables
- Very fast with a base speed of 34 knots
- Main batteries have a quick turret traverse, fast reload time, high Sigma value, fast shell velocity and great fire-setting chances
- Rapid-firing secondary batteries with high fire-setting chances
Cons:
- Low HP pool
- Poor armor; turtleback is not the most effective and external armor is thin, meaning the ship is vulnerable to HE shells
- Mediocre main turret configuration
