Chikuma — Japanese Tech Tree Tier I Cruiser.

Designed as a part of the program to create a "high-speed fleet" using the latest technology of the time. The first in Japan, and one of the first light cruisers in the world, to be equipped with turbine-driven propulsion. The ship carried decent armament and a had a high top speed for her time.
