Muavenet

Muavenet — Pan‑European
• Tech Tree • Tier IV • Destroyer.
In 1938, Turkey ordered four I-class ships from Britain. When World War II began, Britain bought two, including Muavenet, which became HMS Inconstant. She served in the Home Fleet and then the Eastern Fleet, participating in Madagascar operations and Malta convoys in 1942. Later, she escorted convoys in the Atlantic and covered the Normandy landings. In 1946, she was returned to Turkey and renamed Muavenent again, honoring the destroyer that sank British battleship Goliath in World War I.
