Pros:
- Good set of consumables
- Very high top speed at 34.1 knots
- Heavy arsenal of torpedoes; 8 per side with good damage and decent range
- Secondary guns have great range, good reload time, improved accuracy and high penetration
Cons:
- Poor armor and torpedo damage reduction
- Mediocre turning circle radius
- Low HP pool
- Main turrets are easily incapacitated
