Player Opinion
Pros:
- Good HE alpha damage with a decent rate of fire for an IJN destroyer.
- Three quintuple torpedo launchers spit out a devastating salvo of fifteen (15) torpedoes — the infamous Wall of Skill.
- Fast rudder shift time.
- Has access to two (2) different torpedo types.
- Tied with Tier IV Minekaze for the highest base speed of all IJN destroyers at 39 knots.
- Very good concealment.
Cons:
- Small HP pool.
- Gun turret traverse is mediocre at best.
- Somewhat poor torpedo launch arcs.
- Torpedoes have poor stealth, are easily detected and reload very slowly.
- Long torpedo reload time with no booster consumable.
- Weak AA suite.
