Player Opinion
Cruiser - Tiger '59Pros:
- Very fast main battery traverse speed and reload time
- Good main battery firing angles; both turrets can turn 360 degrees
- Improved AP shells with better penetration angles, short fuse timers, and low arming threshold
- Reasonably armored for a British light cruiser; covered in 25mm plating
- Excellent maneuverability
- Good concealment with all the relevant upgrades and commander skills
- Great set of consumables
Cons:
- Small HP pool for her tier
- Low top speed
- Only four main guns - even with the fast reload, the damage output per salvo is very low
- Low shell velocity and high shell arcs make hitting targets at range difficult
- Like most other British light cruisers, Tiger '59 does not carry HE shells
- Lacks both torpedoes and secondary armaments
- Exposed and poorly protected citadel
