Pros:

• Decent artillery DPM.
• Decent HP pool for the tier.
• Torpedoes can be fired individually.
• Good agility (turning radius/rudder shift).
• Quick reload time of the Smoke Generatorconsumable.
• Accelerates faster than other destroyers.

Cons:

• Long flight times for shells.
• Bad firing angles for the rear turrets.
• Low Smoke Generatorconsumable duration.
• Does not get access to the Engine Boostconsumable.
