Cruiser - Vallejo

Pros:

• 38mm deck armor
• Fast turret traverse
• Excellent firing angles
• HE shells are replaced by SAP shells, which can be both a good and a bad thing
• Quick main battery reload time with high DPM
• Good main battery ballistics
• Strong AA defenses, with the Defensive AA Fireconsumable by default
• Tight turning circle radius

Cons:

• Terrible torpedo protection
• Weak AP penetration
• No torpedoes
• Rather slow top speed compared to its counterparts
• Does not get access to the Radaror Sonarconsumables
