Pros:
- Largest HP pool of all Tier VI destroyers.
- Thick central armor (25 mm), cannot be penetrated by most destroyers.
- Guns have good accuracy.
- High AP shell damage.
- Enhanced AP shell ricochet angles.
- Very high HE shell penetration (38 mm).
Cons:
- Guns have long reload.
- Genuinely abysmal DPM.
- Fairly low HE shell damage.
- Torpedoes are glacially slow at 52 knots.
- Long torpedo reload for a Tier VI destroyer.
