The M10 RBFM is a French tier 5 premium tank destroyer.
The vehicles of this type saw service in the French army from 1943 through 1944. In 1944, 36 vehicles of Régiment colonial de chasseurs de chars under the supervision of Silvère Seurat, a naval artillery engineer, featured naval gun sights that allowed for increasing the firing range to 3,000 meters. The famous French actor Jean Gabin (born Jean-Alexis Moncorgé) saw action as a commander of this tank destroyer.
The M10 Régiment Blindé de Fusiliers-Marins shines as a long distance sniper, sporting excellent view range, very good concealment, and a fast firing gun that makes quick work of adversaries. But don't expect it to perform well as a close range brawler, however, as its lack of armor will lead to its swift destruction.
The M10 RBFM was a reward for completing missions in a marathon commemorating the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings. Those who completed all missions in the marathon received the special style 'Sirocco'.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Amazing DPM and excellent view range
- Good angles on turret cheeks, will often bounce lower-calibre guns
- Good gun depression and aiming time
- Inexpensive standard ammunition with excellent penetration
- Good hull traverse speed
- Fast firing gun, allowing for special tactics such as perma-tracking enemies
- Decent speed, pretty fast for a tank destroyer and capable of repositioning around the battlefield if needed
- Decent amount of shells, hard to be out of ammunition while in the middle of a fierce battle
Cons:
- Poor armor, very vulnerable to HE shells from the sides and rear
- Very slow standard shell velocity (792 m/s), makes it hard to hit distant moving targets
- Extremely slow turret rotation speed
- Weak engine combined with high terrain resistances, slow acceleration
- Open top, very vulnerable to Artillery units
Performance
While playing the M10 RBFM one should take full advantage of natural cover such as bushes and trees to reduce the chances of being spotted. Once in a desirable position, this tank's high rate of fire and good aiming speed can be used to engage targets from afar.
Compared to the American M10 Wolverine the RBFM version is equal to or superior in most respects, but the Wolverine has a bit better aim time and much better radios.
The M10 RBFM carries a healthy amount of shells, so do not be afraid to take chancy shots. After all they may mean the difference between victory and defeat.
A Camouflage Net (or Low-noise Exhaust) and Concealment skill are highly recommended to further increase concealment values and avoid discovery. Be wary of artillery and high-caliber derpy guns such as those found on the M4 Sherman and the SU-85 as they can easily destroy the M10 RBFM in one hit.
The M10 RBFM's one-of-every-position crew layout -- Commander, Gunner, Driver, Radio Operator, Loader -- makes it a perfect crew trainer for the AMX AC 46, ARL V39, and SAu 40, but in a pinch crew members can be moved over from any French TD, making it a versatile one as well.

The M10 RBFM uses the same 3-inch M7 gun as the M10 Wolverine and Achilles, yet the penetration and damage values are inconsistent.
