Both have similar mobility, which is good for a heavy but barely acceptable for a medium (although the Centurion has an advantage in acceleration), quick-firing guns with good pen but terrible alpha, and epic turret armor. They also have terrible stock grinds, with sub-par penetration with stock cannons, hideous-looking turrets, and terrible mobility (although the Caernarvon can afford this because it's a heavy). Both also have weak hull armor.
