+A very capable paper medium in the right hands, the Skoda T40 packs a punch with a good firerate to boot, and is wholly reliant on its powerful 88mm gun. Whilst not the most accurate gun and prone to missing, the gun makes up for this with high alpha damage of 220 with good DPM to boot, meaning you are a big threat for many mediums at Tier VI. The ones that best your DPM you outtrade, and the few that outtrade you, you have the DPM advantage.
 The Škoda T 40's one-of-every-position crew complement -- Commander, Gunner, Driver, Radio Operator, Loader -- is compatible with the Škoda T 24, TVP VTU, and T-34/100, making the T 40 a perfect crew trainer for these Czech mediums.  All the other tanks can take advantage of the T 40 as well but one missing crew member must be drawn from another tank.
