Thank you for your update to the Scenarios page. It needed doing. However, the wiki has made it a policy not to document changes (with the exception of ship Change Logs). The main bodies of Rules pages describe the game ''as it is'', without reference to what it was. The constant changes are too difficult to keep up with, and lack of them makes the articles clearer to readers, most of whom don't care anyway.<br> However, historical changes are fine in footnotes and in a Notes section at the bottom of the article. I have moved your history stuff there and tried to replace it with a straight (and currently not very good) description.
