? | |History= The | + | |History= The Entwicklung series, more commonly known as the E-series, was a late-World War II attempt by Germany to produce a standardized series of tank designs. There were to be standard designs in six different weight classes, from which several specialized variants were to be developed. This was necessitated by the extremely complex tank designs that had resulted in poor production rates and mechanical unreliability. The E-series designs were simpler, cheaper to produce and more efficient than their predecessors, however their design involved only modest improvements in armour and firepower over the designs they were intended to replace, such as the Hetzer, Panther G or King Tiger.

+ | The E-25 was planned to be developed into a tank destroyer and reconnaissance tank. The company Argus developed a the vehicle whose design was very similar to the design of Jagdpanzer Hetzer. The five built in Alkett were driven by the 12-cylinder Maybach HL 230 P 30, rated 700hp, designed to be able to reach 65 kilometers per hour. The 26.3-ton vehicle carried a four man crew and was armed with the 7.5 cm PAK L70 gun. Additionally, there was the anti-aircraft flak a 2-cm in a small rotating tower. Later versions were supposed to mount a 10.5cm KwK L/28 gun.

Performance
This tier VII German tank destroyer is one of fastest tanks in its tier. The gun has the fastest reload time for a tier VII vehicle, 3.5 seconds with 160 damage shells. This tank destroyer has amazing track traverse, making it extremely hard, if not impossible, to circle-strafe. Overall, the armor is bad, but the gun mantle armor is thick and may bounce shots. Because of this tank destroyer's low profile, it is hard to spot in large groups, or a far range. Also, because of it's short height, it may be able to get under the guns of bigger tank like the KV-2. Some experienced players may use the snappy track traverse and quick speed to actually circle large heavy tanks with slow turret traverse. In all, this is a low, fast, tank destroyer with bad armor, but a good, rapid-firing gun.
