The exterior of the tank can be changed by going to the garage and clicking the "exterior" button below the vehicle that you have selected. You can change the exterior with every vehicle in the game.
Camouflage: camouflage will change the appearance of your vehicle and will give a slight bonus in camo value. There are three diffirent types of camouflages: summer, winter and desert. Summer, winter and desert tells you at what kind of map the camouflage will be used.
