A destroyer flotilla leader inteded to perform long-range reconnaissance duties within squadrons and support destroyers' torpedo attacks. She was built in Italy for the U.S.S.R. Navy (Project 20I). During World War II, she was one of the fastest warships in the world and the largest ship of this type.

Changes

October 2020

  • Gun range improved from 9.9 km to 10.9 km for both hulls.
  • Rudder-shift time decreased from 8.5 s to 7.6 s for hull A, and from 6.1 s to 5.4 s for hull B.
  • Decreased chances for Steering Gears and Engine modules to be critically hit.
  • Default torpedo speed increased from 65 kts to 70 kts; upgraded torpedoes—from 55 kts to 60 kts.
  • Damage Control Party duration increased from 5 s to 10 s.

The Redinforcements

  • Added the Repair Party consumable as an alternative to Smoke Generator
