Black Swan — British Tier I cruiser.
The Black Swan-class sloops — the most numerous ships of this type in the Royal Navy during World War II — were intended for escorting and guarding convoys. They had a rather moderate speed, but outgunned their foreign counterparts in terms of firepower and rate of fire.

Commander Skills
While Basic Firing Training is a great Tier 1 skill for Black Swan commanders, it is not valuable again until Tier IV or V. Captains may wish to invest in Basics of Survivability instead and then redistribute the commander skill points later on.
