Kléber — French Tier X destroyer.

Developed in the early days of World War II, this large destroyer design constituted a further development of the Mogador class. The main distinctive features of these new ships were the different combination of artillery guns and more powerful AA defenses.

She carry the fastest torpedoes in the game with 75 knots speed and only Japanese Counterparts deal more damage

Have most Health Pool of All Destroyers in the game
Her 139mm Main Battery can Devastate enemy Destroyers and Cruisers in Close Range Duels
Have French Spaced Armour Scheme allowing her to sustain big amount of punishment in knife-fighting duels with enemy Destroyers and Light Cruisers

Cons:

No smoke screen (She depends heavily on her Speed and Terrain around her)
Ammo Rack can be detonated very easy like on every French Destroyer
Awful Base Reload Time of 8 seconds
Torpedo Range is the Worst on Tier X with 8km
Big Turning Radius (Things getting worst if you are forced to perform evasive maneuvers on full throttle)
