Krasny Krym — Soviet special premium Tier V cruiser.
During World War II, Krasny Krym (former cruiser Svetlana, commissioned in 1928) participated in the defense of Odessa and Sevastopol, the Kerch and Sudak landing operations, and the evacuation of Novorossiysk. The cruiser was given the elite status of being a Soviet Navy Guards ship in recognition of her valor. In 1953, she was reclassified as a training cruiser.

Performance
Krasny Krym is a Tier V Russian cruiser that is similar to the Svietlana in many ways, except she is up-tiered to Tier V. However, she is a relatively weak Tier V in comparison to the other Tier V cruisers. Her guns, while adequate at Tier IV, are underpowered at Tier V unless shooting destroyers, but with a high detection range, she will have a hard time getting into range of destroyers in order to shoot them. Her torpedoes reach out to 5.0km and she only has one triple launcher per side, making them more of an afterthought than a viable weapon. Though they can get a bit of last ditch damage on somebody, don't expect them to save you versus something with a lot of HP at close range.
LittleWhiteMouse's Premium Ship Review: Krasny Krym from the NA forums

Cons:
- Poor turret traverse for 130mm
- Slow RoF for 130mm
