Since Lazo plays similar to her tech tree counterparts, a standard build that emphasizes her survivability and main armaments is a viable options. Alternatively, captains may elect to use Spotting Aircraft Modification 1 Increases the action time of the Spotting Aircraft, Rapid Takeoff Spotter, and High-Precision Spotter consumables.: +30% action time. to capitalize on the kiting play-style that favors Lazo.

Captains should take note of the special nature of Lazo’s Spotting Aircraft. It has a very quick cooldown and uptime compared with other cruisers.

Camouflage

As a premium ship, Lazo comes included with Type 10 camouflage that lowers her detection radius, reduces the accuracy of incoming shells, reduces her repair costs, and increases the amount of experience she earns.

Signals

Lazo captains should mount standard signal flags to improve the ship's performance in battle. Sierra Mike (+5% to the ship's maximum speed.) flags are highly recommended to increase the ship's top speed. India X-Ray (+1% chance of causing a fire for bombs and shells with a caliber above 160mm. / +0.5% chance of causing a fire for bombs and shells with a caliber below 160mm. / +5% to the risk of your ship's magazine detonating.) and Victor Lima (+1% chance of causing a fire for bombs and shells with a caliber above 160mm / +0.5% chance of causing a fire for bombs and shells with a caliber below 160mm. / +4% chance of causing flooding.) flags should be mounted to improve the ship's main battery fire chance.
