Ohio — American special premium Tier X battleship.

A hypothetical armament project for the Montana-class battleship with eight 457 mm guns housed in four turrets. Back in 1938, amid rumors about the creation of ships with guns of a caliber exceeding 406 mm in Japan, there were projects of battleships with 457 mm guns. One of them was relatively fast and had armament comprising six guns in three twin-gun turrets. The twin-gun turrets developed for this project could well have been mounted on one of the unfinished Montana-class battleships.

Player Opinion

Pros:

Like most U.S vessels, she has strong AA
Formidable secondaries, with a maximum range of 11.3 km.
Main guns are very accurate.
She's equipped with very powerful guns, eight 457mm guns (18 inch). Giving her the ability to overmatch 30mm armor plating.
Sturdy armor, armor scheme is similar to her tier 10 comrade, Montana.
Main guns have a relative fast reload.
Her Repair Party  consumable is better than Montana with a fast recharge time of 40 secs and with a 577 per sec heal. Over the Montana's 481 per sec heal.

Cons:

2 knots slower than Montana giving her top speed of 28 knots, making her one of the slowest tier 10s.
Shorter base range than her comrade Montana, with a base range of 21.6 km.
Armor scheme doesn't have any improvements over Montana
She has four fewer guns than Montana, making every shot important.
