?the Kuma is basically an improved Tenryu sporting a couple more guns. it also shares the rapid fire ability as well as the glaring weaknesses of its predecessor. you will find that she's a more souped up version of her predecessor in terms of surface combat but do not rely on her AA suite to be an effective screen as it is quite subpar for its tier. The Kuma is fast, sleek, and throws a lot of damage with rapid fire guns. Powerful torpedoes and 34.7 km speed make it deadly to anything in its tier and capable of killing battleships a tier or two higher.+
