Details

Sometimes it's unable to accept a Campaign task because the currently selected ship does not match the task requirements.

Does this in turn mean that the tasks are tied to that one specific ship that was selected when the task is accepted?

Also, in forum discussion about this, it was stated Campaign tasks are only worked on if the battle is started from the Campaign screen, which doesn't feel completely right.

Campaign tasks can always be selected for the active slots regardless of the selected ship, though the game will not record progress unless a valid ship is played. Campaign tasks are never tied to a specific ship unless the task itself specifies such (which we've only really seen in the holiday campaigns). Campaign tasks are worked on regardless of where you launch a game from (the Campaign screen or the main Port screen).SeaRaptor00:na (talk) 12:49, 11 December 2017 (UTC)
