?|InTheGame_performance=The Bat Chatillon 155 is an extremely powerful addition to the tier 8 artillery family. You will quickly find that it plays significantly different than any of its counterparts. Firstly, it uses an autoloader system similar to the other high tier French tanks, allowing it to unload 4 lower alpha shots in a row. Like the Russian SU-26 it also uses a rotating turret, allowing far greater accuracy and easier target acquisition. Lastly it is the quickest artillery around reaching speeds upwards of 62 kph, allowing for quick repositioning. While these features can be a bit jarring when you are used to the current tier 8 pieces, mastering them will give you an artillery that is extremely fun to play and well suited for Clan Wars strategies.+

?As an artillery, the armor on the Bat Chatillon 155 is paper thin and cannot be counted on to bounce any shots. It however has some of the best defensive tools of any tier 8 artillery. It tops out at 62 kph with good acceleration, allowing it to move quickly around the battlefield to find better angles of fire quickly as well as escaping approaching enemies. The 360 degree turret provides multiple benefits including faster tracking of moving enemies and the ability to defend themselves from enemy scouts that try to circle or close in.+

?The Bat Chatillon 155 comes with a single armament from which it derives its name from, the Canon de 155mm. This gun will feel extremely familiar to fire compared to its predecessor, the Lorraine 155 51, with upgrades to the firing speed and aim times as well as a slight decrease in average reload. I say average reload as instead of firing every 18 seconds, like the Lorraine 155 51, it loads a clip of four rounds every ~65 seconds with around a 4 second delay between each shot is available. This provides you with several more options compared to other artillery such as; tank clean up and not worrying about wasting a 45 second reload shot, massive counter artillery when tracer tracking or when multiple are lit, no wasted damage from your clip allowing you to spread it to other enemies when one has been killed.+

?The largest downside to this gun is the shell velocity, with which you will find some difficulty leading fast moving targets. Often I have found over long distances that it is simply impossible to strike a moving target unless they are moving in a perfectly straight line for several seconds. Make sure you use the Bat Chatillon 155’s mobility to safely close the distance between you and potential targets to limit shell flight time and achieve better overall accuracy.+

?* The SCR 528F Radio carries over from the Lorraine 155 mle. 51. Mount it immediately.+
?* If you want more firepower, research the Canon de 155 mm Gun. If you want more manoeuvrability, research the Continental AV-1790-7B Engine.+
?* Once you have researched one of these modules, research the Batignolles-Châtillon 155 mle. 56 Suspension.+
?* Finally, research the module you didn't before.+
