The T-34-2 is a Chinese tier 8 medium tank.
The T-34-2 was not an upgraded modification of the Soviet T-34 tank, but was a totally different vehicle. Chinese engineers conceived the T-34-2 as an analog of the Soviet T-54. Later the U.S.S.R. passed the technology of T-54 production to China, and the T-34-2 project was discontinued.
The T-34-2 leads to the WZ-120.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Low Profile
- Good alpha damage
- Ability to mount an 122mm gun
---
Cons:
- Bad Acceleration
- Prone to module damage
- The hull front has only 140mm effective armour which is too little to protect you against Tier 7 Heavy tanks and Tier 8 Mediu
Performance
- If you're used to playing the T-34-1, then you'll feel right at home in the T-34-2. The main difference between the two vehicles is that the T-34-2 has 20mm thicker frontal hull armour, 10mm thicker turret armour and access to a 122mm gun which has poor accuracy, high shell cost, mediocre penetration, long aim time and a very long reload time, but has higher Alpha damage.
Early Research
- First mount the third engine to make sure you've got the speed to flank your enemies, the penetration of the 85mm guns is far from enough to attack enemy tanks from the front. Then research the improved tracks and turret, the order doesn't matter, you'll need both to mount the 100mm gun from the T-34-1. Once you've got the 100mm gun, you should keep going to the last 100m gun.
- If you have another vehicle that needs the 122mm gun or just like the high Alpha then you should research that too.
