The 113 is a Chinese tier 10 heavy tank.
Development on model 113 was started in 1963. The vehicle was conceived as an alternative to the WZ-111 and used parts and components of medium tanks. However, the project was canceled due to the development of main battle tanks.
The 113 marks the end of its Chinese heavy line.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Good mobility and high top speed
- Good turret armor and well sloped frontal hull armor
- Fast reload time with high alpha damage and great damage per minute -- even more so than the IS-4
Cons:
- Very poor gun depression
- Takes full damage from artillery shots
- Prone to internal module damage
- Driver is easily killed from the front
- Angle of frontal hull armor is heavily negated at close range by tanks aiming down on it
Performance
The weak hull armor is a real detriment to the 113 when combined with its poor gun depression. They can't peek over hills and aim and are, thus, forced to fight in less protected areas. Also, with how the current maps are designed, there are very few maps where the 113 can excel (and the maps/locations where it can are very vulnerable to artillery fire).
The 113 significantly different from its predecessors, mainly in its very weak armor. The 113 is more suited in flanking whereas its predecessors were excellent front-line brawlers. The 113 is highly susceptible to artillery and the very poor gun depression can be difficult to adapt to. However, the 113 functions well if played similarly to a medium. It's fast enough to keep up with friendly medium wolfpacks, has a very powerful gun, and is maneuverable enough to circle enemy tanks. It can also fill in the role of stopping a base capture due to its good speed. However, one of the most unique things about this tank is, it is a mere 2 degrees from auto-bouncing any AP round off it's frontal armor. It can also be used in side-scraping...to an extent.
The 113 may be unwelcoming and different to players who were used to the previous tanks in the line. It needs to be played significantly differently from its predecessors. However, if used correctly, the 113 can be an invaluable part of any team, be it in dishing out heavy damage or filling in for the crucial tasks of a medium.
