The ELC EVEN 90 is a French tier 8 premium light tank.
A series of vehicles developed by BRUNON-VALETTE under the ELC program in the late 1950s. The goal was to create a light aeromobile tank for fire support purposes. The vehicle had small dimensions and high maneuverability. A total of 10 pilot vehicles with different types of armament were produced. They underwent trials, but the vehicle never entered mass production.

- 2nd smallest tank in the game (a bit larger than UE57) combined with great mobility and high camo ratings make it very hard to getting hit
- Suprised, your armor can be a bounce if a right angle

- Very good tank and turret traverse speed
- Decent gun depression

Cons:
- Abysmal DPM (worse than most of early tier tanks) due to horrible reload time between clips (5 seconds) not suitable for aggressive scouting
- Poor penetration, combined with horribly awful reload time makes dealing high damage with this tank downright impossible
- Lowest HP pool of all tier 8 non-SPGs (900) and no armor protection whatsoever, try to avoid any shot at all cost!
- Very little weight, even collision with your teammates might damage this tank
- Fear Factory: Tankers will very attractive and try to kill you on their priority. Once you flip or crash on any building or rock, then game over! Unless they're missing the shot on you, you will manage to escape.
