The ELC EVEN 90 is a French tier 8 premium light tank.
A series of vehicles developed by BRUNON-VALETTE under the ELC program in the late 1950s. The goal was to create a light aeromobile tank for fire support purposes. The vehicle had small dimensions and high maneuverability. A total of 10 pilot vehicles with different types of armament were produced. They underwent trials, but the vehicle never entered mass production.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Excellent speed and insane camouflage values; unless you are a pro scout then you might be like a crazy "Go Kart".
- 2nd smallest tank in the game (a bit larger than UE57) combined with great mobility and high camouflage ratings make it very hard to hit
- Tracks, although very thin, it might absorb some shots from enemies; installing enchanted suspension increase track's durability even further.
- Very good hull and turret traverse speed
- Good gun arc for an autoloader, -9°/+13°
Cons:
- Subpar gun, has bad handling and abysmal DPM (worse than most of early tier tanks) due to horrible 5 secs reload between rounds
- Lowest HP pool of all tier 8 non-SPGs (900) and no armor protection whatsoever, try to avoid all shot at all cost!
- Very little weight, even scratching your teammates might damage this tank and even minor bushes can slow it down significantly.
- Tends to getting flipped while moving at high speed when hit even the smallest rocks thanks to its little weight.
Performance
This tank is arguably the purest scout in the game. When equipped with a camonet and a camo-trained crew it can sit in a bush and remain undetected until the enemy accidentally rams it. Even when moving, it will only be spotted at close range. When played cautiously, it can be very effective. However, all care must be taken not to reveal its location. It lacks the armour to bounce any incoming fire and is extremely vulnerable to HE shells exploding nearby. It also has limied mobility as a result of its underpowered engine, which makes it difficult to reah high speeds. When played cautiously, this can be a rewarding, though unforgiving tank, but it is not suitable for inexperienced players.
