The Jagdtiger is a German tier 9 tank destroyer.
Developed from 1942 through 1944, the heavy tank destroyer, with the chassis of the Tiger II heavy tank, became the heaviest mass-produced armored vehicle ever. According to various sources, 70–79 tank destroyers were manufactured from 1944 through 1945. The vehicles saw service in the 653rd and 512th Heavy Panzerjäger Battalions.
The Jagdtiger leads to the Jagdpanzer E 100.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Superstructure is 250mm thick(so hull down is recommended)
- Decent alpha damage combined with a fast RoF means that this tank has insane damage per minute
- 8 Degrees of gun depression is enough to add some flexibility to the machine
- Machine gun port is no longer a weak spot
- Excellent premium ammunition penetration
Cons:
- Relatively poor power to weight ratio
- Artillery tends to prioritize this machine due to its threat, and size
- Lower glacis is only 100mm thick and the engine is behind it
- Gun traverse arc is not stellar, but is not terrible.
- Upper glacis won't hold against almost all tier 9 and 10 vehicles.
