The Matilda is a British tier 4 medium tank.
Developed from 1936 through 1938. A total of 2987 vehicles were manufactured by August 1943. It was the only British tank to remain in service throughout World War II.
The Matilda leads to the Churchill I, and the Cavalier.

Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Relatively high HP
- Good armor on hull and turret
- Okay manueverability
- QF 2-pdr Mk. X-B combines excellent penetration and accuracy with a decent rate of fire
Cons:
- Slow top speed
- Bad horse power to weight ratio
- Low alpha damage with 2-pdr guns
- Howitzer has weird bullet arc that makes firing awkward
Early Research
- Research suspension to mount modules
- Research QF 2-pdr Mk. X-B for more damage and a lot more penetration
- Research Howitzer to research turret for more HP and better view range
