The FV4005 Stage II is a British tier 10 tank destroyer.
This tank destroyer project was developed on the basis of the Centurion Mk3 tank in the early 1950s. The vehicle was initially tested with a mechanized ammo rack. However, the ammo rack did not fit the turret, and it was canceled. One prototype was manufactured and underwent trials, but the vehicle never entered mass production.
The FV4005 Stage II marks the end of its British tank destroyer line.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Gun handles and has better accuracy than FV215b (183)
- Better mobility and traverse than counterpart
- Retains huge alpha damage, penetration, and HESH shells of counterpart
- Supersedes the Obj. 268 for having the highest penetration in the game, 310mm with standard AP.
Cons:
- Incredibly weak and massive turret that even HE shells penetrate at all angles
- Below average view range does not compensate for lack of camo
- Worse engine than predecessor
- Unreliable gun handling and accuracy, low ammo count
- Turret can only turn 45 degrees to each side
Performance
Unlike the FV215b 183, FV 4005 Stage II cant afford to take damage. Either, is very difficult to long range camp for avoid shots, because is big tank and have bad accuarcy. The best way to play is to stay close to your teammates, and wait to engage when the enemies reloading. Dont try to be hero, this tank is not for frontline warrior, this tank is to peek-a-boo. Wait enemies to fire, then expose yourself to fire, fall back and wait ~25 second to reload! Then repeat.

The FV4005 Stage II's turret could actually rotate 360 degrees, While the Stage I (without the turret) could not.
