The 50TP Tyszkiewicza is a Polish tier 9 heavy tank.
A project for a heavy tank proposed by cadet Tadeusz Tyszkiewicz at the Military Technical Academy of Warsaw in the early 1950s. The new vehicle was supposed to weigh up to 50 tons. Existed only in blueprints.
The 50TP Tyszkiewicza leads to the 60TP Lewandowskiego.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- 2nd highest alpha damage of all HTs in Tier, after the Type 4 Heavy's 140mm naval gun, DPM is respectable too
- Surprisingly decent gun handling and accuracy for a big cannon, comparable to the IS-7 one tier higher
- Large HP pool for its size and weight
- Good gun vertical guidance from -8° to +20°
- Very tough turret front, more than capable of hull-down
- Protruding front idler wheels help soak damage when angled
Cons:
- Longer reload time than most opponents, risks of being swarmed or outtraded is high
- Limited top speed
- Hull armor is littered with weakspots which couldn't be nullified by angling
Early Research
- Mount the R-113P radio if you have researched it from the 53TP.
- Research the 130 mm R 14 wz.56 gun first, for a much needed boost in firepower to reliably damage Tier IX and X opponents.
- Next comes a choice. One may research the tracks for more weight capacity and better mobility & agility; or the top turret for a bit quicker reloading, aiming and better accuracy but at the price of increased dispersion penalty on turret rotation.
- If one opted to research the turret first, be warned that upon installing it there will be little weight remaining for the equipments. Use Enhanced Torsion Bars.
- Finish the remaining research and go from there.
- The top engine offers only minimal increase in power but costs large amount of XP. Consider ignoring it if one wishes to go for the 60TP Lewandowskiego as soon as possible.
