The ISU-152K is a Soviet tier 8 premium tank destroyer.
The ISU-152K tank destroyer (whose prototype was designated the Object 241K) was an upgraded version of the ISU-152 tank destroyer developed from the IS tank during World War II. It was modernized at the Leningrad Kirov Plant between 1955 and 1958. After the second stage of modernization, the ISU-152K's operational range was increased by 1.65 times due to larger internal fuel tanks compared to the ISU-152M. Many of the parts and components of the new ISU-152K were unified with the T-10, T-54, and PT-76.

Player Opinion
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- the most powerful alpha in tier 8 (750!)
- great penetration with both standard and premium shells; useful regardless of matchmaking, very dangerous even to tier Xs
- great credit maker, guaranteed profit by doing only 1 hit regardless of being destroyed or losing the match
- slightly better horizontal gun arc, shell velocity and traverse speed as compared to ISU-152.
- great camo values
Cons:
- very bad accuracy and gun handling, long aim time
- besides the gun mantlet, it is virtually unarmored
- top speed, acceleration and vertical gun arc are worse than ISU-152; also turns very slow and is in general clumsy to drive
- needs a great crew with 4+ skills, bond/bounty equipment and a skilled player to make the most out of it
- priority target for everyone; it is very dangerous but also very easy to kill
Performance
It is in most aspects the same as regular ISU-152, but additional penetration on standard and premium round makes all the difference; this tank is easily capable of dealing with even the toughest tier X tanks, which regular ISU-152 simply isn't, not even with premium rounds. So it is playable regardless of matchmaking, you can ALWAYS find something to penetrate. It also makes great credits.
The tank is very hard to play for novice players, especially with bad crews and equipment. Landing more than shot can feel like a hard thing to do for such players; although the camo is great on paper, once you shoot that 152mm gun it becomes virtually nullified, and you are guaranteed to be spotted and quickly destroyed by anyone within view range except if hiding behind double bushes or (even better) playing beyond view range, letting others to spot for you. However, good players with bond/bounty equipment and very skilled are not limited to stay behind and snipe. They can instead take the matter into their own hands, go forward and rack up damage, carefully timing and calculating each shot and not getting one in return. This is a hard skill to master, but can yield monstrous amounts of damage.
