The BT-SV is a Soviet tier 3 premium light tank.
Developed in 1937 at Armored Vehicle Repair Base No. 12 (Kharkov command). The BT-SV used parts and components of the BT-7. The hull used 10–12-mm structural steel plates that formed sloped armor; the mass-produced vehicle was supposed to feature 25-mm homogeneous armor steel plates. The vehicle passed trials but did not see service. Subsequently, its sloped armor design was used for the A-20 experimental tank and T-34.
It was available on the Russian Portal in the Russian Gift Box edition as well as in a special Gift Box edition along with the MTLS-1G14, Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. J and SU-85I. The enclosed code was valid for use on the RU, EU, NA and SEA servers.

Performance
This tank, with regards to the high speed, well-sloped armor, the fact that it never sees Tier 5's, and the generally poor skills of lower-tier pub match players, is arguably one of the most fun tanks in the whole game, although the maneuverability at high speeds leaves something to be desired. Unusually for such a lower-tier vehicle, it has very well-sloped, thick armor, and has a very high hp-ton ratio, meaning rocket-like acceleration and an incredible top speed, as well as a good amount of mass, which means you can plow right through any tank you see, it's a ramming bullet that will sentence anyone who doesn't move in time to a fiery death, although this can kill you as well, and is generally a Plan B. The way this tank is best played is to do a drive-by of a group of enemies, who will either miss with the big guns or just bounce off, and turn them into Swiss Cheese with that rapid-fire gun of yours, as they wonder "What the heck is that thing?". The gun itself has a good rate of fire like most guns at that level, however it has anemic damage and penetration, however, the heavy sloped armor allows for you to drive right past them without fear of being torn apart. While it may have incredible acceleration and top speed, it comes at a price; this tank is not, I repeat does not, have a good turning speed. What this means, is that you have to plan your turns well in advance, or else risk plummeting off a cliff or into water, which brings us to our next point. In real life, this tank was an amphibious one, but not in this game; the good power and acceleration can make it easy to get out of water, but you must still stay away from it!
