A proposed light vehicle developed by Lieutenant Provornov in the summer of 1942. No prototypes were manufactured.
The LTP was given to World Of Tanks Blitz Players during the 6 month anniversary since the launch of the game on the Apple Mobile Store.
With a lower power/weight ratio, an inaccurate gun, and good front and rear armor, the LTP stands out among the fast-moving, poorly-armored lights that are commonplace at tier III.
It has the 2nd highest amount of rear armor
(30mm, which it shares with T-127) in the game( 2nd to the Pz.Kpfw Ausf. J). Despite many of its shortcomings, the LTP benefits from preferential matchmaking which ensures that its always capable of pulling its weight in battle.

Performance
If you apply tactics such as : sidescraping, angling, peek-a-booming, etc, this tank be a fun tank to play in. With the 30mm of armor at the rear, you can bounce shots off if you give the tank a little wiggle while making your escape. You can also reverse sidescrape in this tank. Since its frontal armor value = rear armor value, You are risking exposing an equal amount of mm-age if you pull forward to far.This can be of some help somewhere, for sure.
