Tankers from any given crew may perform multiple roles, or multiple tankers may fulfill the same role.  After selecting one of those qualifications there will be a corresponding icon with the percentage level of that specialty. Maximum level a tanker can reach on the secondary qualification is 100%. After that, the tanker can start training another specialty, and continue the process until all specializations are acquired. After selecting one of those qualifications there will be a corresponding icon with the percentage level of that specialty. crewIcon.jpg

No vehicle in World of Tanks can operate without a complete crew. Acting as a proxy operator between the player and his vehicle, they affect some of the more important properties of vehicles in game. Through battles, a crew will gain experience the same way vehicles will, and over time tankmen will improve their vehicle operating skills, and later, acquire new ones. Even with the same hardware on the same tank a difference in crew skills can have a dramatic effect on the battlefield. Crews can be bought and sold, trained and retrained for different vehicles, and be moved from one vehicle to another. Every crew member has a certain tank they are trained for, a specific role, and a level of proficiency, he also has his own statistics page he carries with him through different tank that shows his entire history including which medals he won.
