德國科技樹包含了隸屬於國家主義社會德國與德意志聯邦共和國（例如捷克斯洛伐克）的裝甲戰鬥車輛。大量曾經馳騁在戰場上的著名戰車使得許多《戰車世界》的玩家喜愛德國戰車。

德意志國防軍的戰車有全身的厚重裝甲提供良好的防護能力，相對來說它們變得十分笨重。它們的生命值較高，火砲精準，雖然砲管口徑較小，但火力卻足以威懾敵人。德國的戰車十分多樣化，換句話說，每一輛德國戰車都十分獨特。
