Maine — American Tech Tree Tier VIII Battleship.

Maine is based on a pair of small studies conducted in July 1940 at the request of the U.S. Navy General Board to show what advantages might be gained from having ten guns in an equally distributed layout. Since the design didn't provide any significant weight or cost savings, they eventually progressed to a full twelve-gun design.
