Conqueror

I sold my Conqueror unique upgrade and want to buy it back. I understand I need "tickets" but I do not know what they are or how to acquire them. Help?

What people mean is that you must file a customer service ticket via the World of Warships web page and request that your unique upgrade be re-instated.
