Target Hits

Back in the day of Bastion Mode, ribbons may have been awarded for hits on "installations", but no more. The only ribbon awarded is "Destroyed". I plan to change the table text, unless someone can point out that I'm missing something. Also, the shell hit ribbons are for Main Battery hits only. The text really should mention it.

Yeah, with the removal of Bastion, these ribbons only really appear now in Operations. I'll have to dig around in the .swf files and see if I can find the art and get it uploaded. Our RU cousins are usually pretty good about uploading artwork into the database, but that one is missing. SeaRaptor00:na (talk) 07:12, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
The bomb icons may also need revising or addition. IIRC there are new icons for AP bombs. Might want to roll that into work for the new CVs. There will probably be rockets, too. iDuckman:na (talk)

Suppressed?

When I kill a fort or airfield, I see a Destroyed ribbon. Is the Suppressed ribbon used any more? iDuckman:na (talk)

I believe it's been removed. Do we need to find the new ribbon image in the database? SeaRaptor00:na (talk) 07:04, 13 January 2019 (UTC)
I recently got the unpack utility. It may be in the res files somewhere. If not, then yes we need it. I'd also like to get my hands on hi-res versions of the annotation icons such as Ship XP (silver star), Elite Commander XP, etc. Fortunately there is a Free XP one (Icon_5) but none of the others. Thanks.

When I found the last batch of ribbons, I extracted them out of one of the .swf files. I'll have to try that again for the other icons as well. SeaRaptor00:na (talk) 06:08, 14 January 2019 (UTC)

Detailed Ribbons and Damage Indicator ??

What's this %^(<ahem> about a "Detailed Ribbons and Damage Indicator" setting? I can find no such thing. I suspect that it's long gone. iDuckman:na (talk) 06:12, 16 January 2019 (UTC)

Looks that way. Originally, the detail regarding pens/overpens/ricochets was a manually-enabled setting. Guess it's part of the default UI now. SeaRaptor00:na (talk) 14:40, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
